Senior Research Leader & Futurist

I make sense of large-scale change and help organizations prepare for it. As a synthesizer and facilitator, I bridge disciplines to surface what's emerging — then turn those signals into strategy.

Currently: Senior Research Leader, Deloitte Center for Integrated Research, focused on the future of work.

I’ve spent most of my career trying to making sense of large-scale change and helping organizations prepare for that change. In practice, what this means is I’m a synthesizer: Someone who is constantly becoming literate in new fields and scanning horizons to understand what's emerging globally. I’m also a facilitator: Someone who can help people from different backgrounds, jobs and organizations have expansive yet practical and productive conversations that advance strategic goals.

I am currently a Research Leader with Deloitte's Center for Integrated Research where I focus on the future of work. Prior to this, I worked for Institute for the Future for more than a decade. During this time, I led major research projects in health, technology, and food and cross-industry global trends. I've delivered keynotes on five continents and regularly facilitate strategic workshops and trainings in futures methods all over the world.
